Responsibilities |
|
- Generation and
qualification of leads.
- Achieving the company''s sales targets in the regions.
- Focus on full sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generating short-term, medium and long-term opportunities
- Accopanying customers at trade shows, demonstrations etc.
- Management of the future sales team in the region.

Profile |
-
5-7 years software/solution sales experience with proven
track record preferrably at TEMs or ISVs.Significant understanding of IP
networking, voice applications and VoiP softswitch solutions is - required.

Demonstrates the necessary communication and interpersonal
skills to interact with and present- to clients at a high level.

Comprehend the sales cycle and are capable of managing client
needs from the start through - to the point of order.

Have the ability to self manage, be highly organized and
capable of prioritizing work load based on client requirement and
expectation.

Can demonstrate consistent performance through intelligent
pipeline management.

Strong negotiation skills.
