Poste/Position
This purpose of this position is to support the company's sales
activities by providing customers and prospects (mobile telecom
operators) with answers to RFPs, tenders, presentations and
technical information on products and their integration.
Responsabilités/Responsibilities
- Attendance at technical workshops to defend the proposed solution.
- Validate pre-sales technical documentation including presentation materials.
- Work with clients to define and refine needs.
- Deal with RFPs/RFQs etc. and respond to large bids.
- Present and defend solutions at customer presentations.
- Coordinate customer workshops and demos.
- Feed information back to marketing.
- Help with pricing and sales negotiation.
- Work with clients at pre-sales face-to-face meetings, trade shows, etc..
Prepare technical responses to tender including sizing, dimensioning and integration of the proposed solution.
Profil/ Profile
- With an appropriate engineering degree in IT, software or a telecoms-related field, you have additional experience and business skills and several years experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- Familiar with the translation of business needs to technical solutions, you understant the constraints on both sides and capable of finding technical solutions that fit the client's need.

You have extensive experience in:
- Responding to the technical and business needs of mobile telecom and VAS operators.
- You have technical expertise in some or all of the following areas: SMS, MMS (including SMSC HUB and SMS Firewall-Smart Messaging); Roaming technology, SS7, SIM & Device Management, VAS Gateway.
- Presenting to customers in face-to-face presentations, business meetings, at trade-shows and with partners. - You have a background in telecoms-related software, preferably with a significant background in messaging solutions, provisioning and device management.
- Communicating with clients, business teams, engineering management, project staff and software develpment engineers.
- Your spoken and written skills in English are excellent.
